The Leader Training Committee (LTC) invites you to its winter 2021 webinar on “How to Effectively Develop a Strategic Planning Process for your Section and/or Branch.” Edward Stafford, our Society Director from Region 7 will provide you with information on how to take your local unit to the next level and insure success. The webinar will also highlight some overarching initiatives of the Society’s Strategic Plan and how Sections and Branches can effectively align their efforts. Since the planning and the messaging of this type of plan is paramount to its success, we will walk you through those steps as well.
