A few years ago, the Leader Training Committee (LTC) took on the initiative of publishing a Region Best Practices Guide. The purpose of this guide is to showcase Region programs and activities which have been proven successful and describe the processes and steps to arrive at those results. We hope that you will find these examples of successful activities from other Regions helpful to you in your planning of programs in your Region. In order to maximize the use of this resource, LTC has invited leaders from various Regions to speak about their Region Best Practice. The next webinar will feature the following Region Best Practices:

 

• Region 1:         Strategic Work Sessions Summaries at Region Meetings: Tony Cioffi P.E., F.ASCE, Region 1 Director

• Region 9:         Region Infographic design and content: Kwame Agyare, P.E., ENV SP, M.ASCE, Region 9 Director

• Region 8:         Region 8 Assembly Meeting Format: Tony CG Lau, ENV SP, P.E., F.ASCE, Region 8 Director-elect
