Each year the Leader Training Committee (LTC) identifies Sections and Branches that are inactive or facing challenges, mostly through their Annual Reports. In an effort to help these Sections and Branches, LTC has developed a webinar for Struggling Sections and Branches. The webinar is based on several Best Practices that have been successful in reversing dwindling interest and renewing activities for struggling Sections and Branches. Speakers with first-hand experience in reviving struggling Sections/Branches will be presenting and imparting ideas and strategies to help in your revitalization efforts.
