In the world of information security, “social engineering” is defined as any scheme that uses psychological tactics to trick individuals into exposing sensitive information and/or compromising their information systems. Since this deceptive practice is becoming more and more common, the Leader Training Committee (LTC) invites you to its March, 2022 webinar on the “Social Engineering and How it May Affect your Role as a Volunteer Leader.”  Topics will include Phishing, Spear Phishing, Baiting, Pretexting, and Scareware.
