One of the topics often mentioned, but perhaps underestimated or misunderstood, are your governing documents. These documents encompass your Constitution and/or Bylaws.

The Leader Training Committee is pleased to announce its next webinar on this topic entitled “What’s in Your Constitution (or bylaws)?”

Mario Ricozzi and Steve Goldstein, both past and current members of the Governing Documents Committee, will provide an explanation on the importance of these documents, review and explain recommended and required language, and emphasize how critical it is to keep these documents up-to-date.
