John Casana, P.E., D.WRE, LEED AP, M.ASCE

Region 2 Director:  John Casana is a Senior Lead Engineer with Booz Allen's Defense Group in Washington, D.C.  He has more than 30 years of experience in civil/environmental engineering, and has led numerous assignments for Federal, and private sector clients.  He holds a BS in Environmental Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and MS in Hydrology from UNH and graduate work in Business Administration from Harvard.  John is a registered Profesional Engineer.  John is a Past President of the National Capital Section, former Region 2 Governor, and is now Director of Region 2.

 

 

 

Khaled A. Alamdeen, P.E., M.ASCE

Region 2 Governor:  Khaled Alamdeen is a civil engineer specializing in structural design of bridges and transportation facility buildings.  He has 25 years of experience.  He has a BS degree in civil engineering and a MS in Construction Engineering and Project Management.  Khaled is a Professional Engineer.  He is a Past President of the National Capital Section and currently serves as a Region 2 Governor.

 

 

 

 

William Brittle Jr., P.E., F.S, F.ASCE

Region 2 Governor:  Bill Brittle earned a BS in Civil Engineering and has a Masters in Engineering Administration.  Now retired, he worked for the Bechtel Group of companies for over 40 years.  He served as President of the Maryland Section SEI; and President of the Catoctin Branch of the Maryland Section.  He is presently serving as Region 2 Governor.

 

 

 

 

Christina R. Casole, P.E., M.ASCE

Region 2 Governor:  Christina earned a BS in Civil Engineering degree from Penn State University.  She is a water resources engineer with more than 12 years of experience in stream restoration, watershed assessment, stormwater management, and floodplain analysis.  She is a Past President of the Maryland Section.  She dedicates much of her involvement in Region 2 in Student Outreach.

 

 

 

 

Patrick Sullivan, P.E., M.ASCE

Region 2 Governor:  Principal Civil/Geotechnical Engineer possessing 30 years of experience; involved with numerous geotechnical, environmental and civil engineering projects in both the private and public sector. Specializes in the management and design of geotechnical and civil projects and the quality assurance responsibilities associated with construction.  Pat received a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.  He is a Past President of the Pittsburgh Section.

 

 

 

 

Carol C. Martsolf, P.E., M.ASCE

Region 2 Governor:  Carol has a BS degree in Civil Engineering and is a Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania.  She has 25 years of experience in transportation engineering and design, and project management.  She is Vice President and Director of Training at Urban Engineers, Inc. where she directs the firm's Urban Training Institute, developing and managing the training program that enables professional engineers to earn contininuing education for their PE licenses.  Carol is a Past President of the Philadelphia Section.

 

 

 

 

Jack A. Raudenbush, P.E., M.ASCE

Region 2 Governor:  Jack is Vice President of Raudenbush Engineering and is a Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia, North Carolina, Virginia, Alabama, New Jersey, Delaware, and the District of Columbia.  He earned a BS degree from Penn State University.  He is a Past President of the Central PA Section.

 

 

 

 

Angela Mayer, E.I.T., AM.ASCE

Younger Member Representative on the Region 2 Board of Governors:  Angela has over 10 years of engineering experience, and is currently an asset integrity engineer at Williams, Pittsburgh. She received the 2018 Region 2 Younger Member Award.  She is an active member of the Diversity Committee at ASCE-Pittsburgh and the Young Member Forum.  She has been recognized throughout her career for her professional achievements and leadership, and has received the ASCE Edmund Friedman Young Engineering Award and the ASCE-Pittsburgh Young Engineer of the Year Award.
